  • Models need to be poured.

Impressions

 

  • Write the Case ID on the handle of the impression.

  • Ensure a clear view of margins.

  • Use Heavy Body with Light Body material.

Pick-Up at CDI

 

  • Customers may pick up cases directly from our facility.

 


USPS

 

  • Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days (non-urgent).

  • Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (faster, but overnight not required).

 


FedEx

 

  • FedEx 2Day: Reliable 2-day delivery, no overnight needed.

  • Standard Overnight: Next-day delivery by afternoon (commonly used in dental/healthcare).

  • Priority Overnight: Next-business-day morning delivery by 10 am (ideal for time-sensitive cases).

  • First Overnight: Fastest option, delivered as early as 8:00 AM the next business day (for critical cases).
